Our postal rates are based on the standard charges of the Royal Mail up to a maximum charge of £6.00. (The maximum you will pay for any order is £6.00)
We regret that we are unable to guarantee a delivery date but we strive to get goods to you asap. Where we feel there may be a delay of longer than 3 days before despatch we will inform you of the expected day of despatch by e-mail. We are happy to give refunds if the delay causes any inconvenience.
