vCancellation of orders - We realise that you might change your mind after placing an order and on these occasions sweetmania must be notified as soon as possible by email returns@sweetmania.co.uk . If this is done before the goods have been despatched, usually within 24 hours of order being placed, a full and complete refund will be made.If cancellation is made after the goods have been despatched the price of the goods will be refunded but shipping/postage costs will be retained. We do not charge a fee for cancellation of order.
vAll unwanted goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.They must be returned as complete as possible. i.e. unopened, with their original packaging and in the condition it was supplied.
vFaulty Goods Receiving goods that are faulty should be a rare event however, we are aware that it can arise.In these circumstances we ask you to inform us by email returns@sweetmania.co.uk. And to explain as clearly as possible the nature of the fault. Should it be deemed necessary that the goods be returned to us we will reimburse any shipping costs for the goods (up to a maximum of the cost of the goods being sent to you) and a full refund of the price you paid plus shipping will made.
