General Ordering Process
Ordering your sweets is easy. After choosing and adding your selected items to the shopping cart you will be asked for your contact details. (Which we never disclose to any third parties).
Once you have entered your details you will be asked to confirm your order. You can cancel your order or delete any items right up until the point confirming the order. Once the order is confirmed if you are paying by credit/debit card you will be transferred to the secure payment site - NOCHEX .
You will immediately receive e-mails from ourselves confirming the order is being processed and also, from NOCHEX to confirm payment has been made.

Vegetarian Products
Wherever possible we have included in our facts regarding the sweets where we are 100% certain that they are suitable for vegetarians i.e. Gelatine Free or Free of Animal By-Products. If either of these comments are not stated it is wise to assume that they are not suitable for vegetarians.
Nut Allergy
Most of our products are made in environments where nut might be included in other items - therefore it would be wise to assume that all our goods run the risk of having nuts in their make-up.
On occasions, we do get makes, such as Kinnerton, where goods are made in a totally nut-free environment only then would we put on our website that these goods are nut-free.
Out of Stock
Our website should always inform you at checkout (if not before) when an item is temporarily unavailable or sold out. If you are able to confirm your order the stock is there and will be despatched to you.
However on very rare occasions, it may be necessary to allow for human error when the wrong stock amount may have been entered. In the majority of these cases we will still be able to get the goods in stock within 24hours and despatch them to you as soon as possible.
LOW ORDER FEE
Orders of £4.00 (before shipping is added) and under are subject to a low order fee of £1.25.
